Gesamtkunstwerk – New Art From Germany*

This aesthetic term is German and means Universal Artwork.

This exposition is held in the Saatchi Gallery in London until the 30th of April 2012. I am not a real fan of Art but I admit that I found this exposition particularly interesting and not boring as I am used to be with paintings and classic Art. And actually I prefer this implicit materials and photos rather than a spot on a canvas.

Richard Wilson, a London artist was also present at the Saatchi Gallery with his 20:50 installation. An important work of British art. Created in 1987, 20:50 became a legend in the art work and still create a huge effect in the perception of the visitors. The reflection of the installation is so perfect that you have the impression to have a huge room in front of you and absolutely nothing to say.

It’s up to you to have a look 😉  More infos on: http://www.saatchi-gallery.co.uk/
